Great list, Thad! I also suggest the Sansa Clip mp3 player. Usually under $20 for a 2-gig refurb at Use it like a USB drive: Drag-and-drop tunes from Mac or PC, FM tuner. Clips tightly to your shorts or pocket, and it's cheap, so you won't cry if you lose it or break it. I swear by mine! (
