I'm a new follower!!! Thanks for the new Christmas Tune ideas.
Hi Stacie! Welcome to the blog!! Merry Christmas!
I have been running to Christmas tunes for about a month now. My fav is probably Amy Grant's rendition of Jingle Bells.
Great blog and lots of great info. I'm a new runner and I beieve I'm addicted. I can't believe I'm able to say that. Lol. I've been following a couple of the 5K training plans and reading Jeff Galloway's books. ( I found this via his tweet.) I also have a Zen Running book on it's way. I have real difficulty turning off the left side of my brain and I'm hoping it helps. I feel like I can't read or learn enough.
There are so many great Christmas tunes out there. Some of my favorites for working out come from my boys CD's. Yup, there are days that I work out to The Wiggles.
Thanks for the recommendations. I was just thinking yesterday when I saw all the Christmas lights out on my run that I should add holiday tunes to the playlist...
I was planning to run christmas day, so this would be a great idea (although not for the full 3 hours please). It looks like were gonna have a white christmas as well so I might as well indulge :-)
Nice tunes! It is already hitting the house, my little kids loves to sing and dance.
