New Contest! Free "The Stick"

  2. Hey unathleticrunner! Yep, very similar! I have a foam roller too. Both work great. With the stick you're a little better able to reach those tough to reach spots and you can control the pressure a little better, but they both have similar results. Happy Running!

  3. Thad! I tried to enter, but hotmail is having trouble accepting e-mails, I had the same problem with another friend in Greensboro yesterday. Just FYI.

    For my trouble, I think I should be automatically chosen. Also, for my aching hamstrings.... :)
