My fav trick is to always keep some cooke...Agreed! My fav trick is to always keep some cooked whole grain rice in the fridge. Then when I need to "fuel up" I'm more likely to grab the good stuff. You can combine it with all sorts of healthy foods...spinach, tofu, lean ham, sweet potatoe chunks, eggs whites, etc...
